Every student from primary school to university is allowed to participate.
The poems to be accepted in the competition :
• Must be original and unpublished works;
• Texts, images and music presented can be original creations or taken by other author’s operas
• Must last not more than 3,5 minutes;
• Must have a size not over 10 MB;
• Can be realized with every system ( Power Point, Flash, Director, Html or others) if the result fits with the latest version of Windows and Machintosh and is completed with instructions, plug-ins, runtime necessary for the visualisation( as Reader of Power Point);
• Must have a further version Html, in case of their  publication on the Internet web-site of the Competition or included in the Museum of  Multimedia Poems online.

The Poems made by MMS:
• Must be original and unpublished works;    
• Texts, images and music presented can be original creations or taken by other author’s operas
• Can be created with every PC-system, integrated in the mobile terminal or given by the authors in PC software version;
• Have a PC version, to be used also on PC.


The Poems made by Podcast:
• Must be original and unpublished works
• Texts, images and music presented can be original creations or taken by other author’s operas
• Can be in audio or video format, created with every system, preferring devices as mobiles,
recorders, webcams, videos and digital cameras;
• Can be a single podcast, not longer than 5 minutes or more podcasts, not longer than 5 events, that must be in a format compatible with PC , such as wma, wav, ogg, vox, ra, mpc, mov, wmv, avi, mpeg, rv

The author/the authors, must:
• Indicate name, surname and address;
• Give a brief curriculum vitae;
• Present a self-declaration about the originality of his opera;
• Take part of the official award of the winning poems of the competition;
• Add this final remark:

Poem presented (eventually prize winning) at the competition

Regulations:
Present a self-declaration about the right following of the rules for intellectual protection;
Give an acquittance for a possible publication and public presentation of the opera;

Describe briefly the opera specifying:
Sources of inspiration;
Possible destinations of the poem;
The origin of eventual historical sources.

The participation at the Competition implies the acceptance of all the rules here mentioned.
The property of the poem is of the poem’s authors.
Following the law 675/96 competitors allow the use of their personal information for awardings and press communications and can in every moment be cancelled from our electronic archive.
